5. When showing your home, your home should look comfortable. If your home looks messy, uncomfortable, or stuffy, this will discourage potential buyers from visualizing themselves in your home.
6.  When preparing to apply for a mortgage, make sure to have all of your proper financial information, and taxes in order, to ensure a smooth and speedy process.
