3.  When making an offer on a property, make the right offer. Don’t highball or lowball your offer. Make a fair offer that the property deserves.
4. When you are selling your property, make sure that you clean, and prepare the property for showings and for someone else to purchase it.
5. Make sure there is no liens or past bills due on your property before selling it. This could cause complications in the closing process.
6.  Before starting the buying or selling process, get all of your papers and affairs in order so that the process will be smoother.
